Performance and leadership coaching – either one-on-one or though groups –  allows Direct Sales and Network Marketing executives, top performers, team leaders, and sales consultants to develop their own personalized success formula. The Executive and Leadership Coaching Program

The Direct Sales and Network Marketing Consultant Coaching Program

This coaching program is about helping the individual consultant to maximize performance based on the 3 key leverage points to building results:  sales, recruiting, and mentoring.  Honing in on sales effectiveness is the first step, which is, of course, linked to the second step, which is enhancing the ability to recruit producers.  Becoming strong in those two areas will create a successful consultant. Then, it’s the third leverage point, which is motivating and inspiring others through the power of coaching, that will develop Direct Sales superstars.  

After an initial assessment and the first goal setting session, the coach works with the consultant to determine in which areas the most work is needed, while also measuring which will provide the quickest results to create success.  As momentum builds, the coach helps the consultant hone in on more advanced salesmanship and business growth strategies.
